Djilali is approved to train Social and Economic Committees, IPRP and registered as a senior consultant in the prevention of RPS with the CARSAT RA

Professionnal career

15 years of management consulting experience including 11 as a consultant / expert in health, safety and working conditions.
Djilali supports company stakeholders in understanding the health issues in and around work, in the diagnosis and in the occupational risk prevention action plan. It addresses the issue of health (especially mental health) through the prisms of the system of social relations and that of work activity. Its interventions are oriented towards operational solutions and always with a view to peaceful social dialogue.

It is fully in line with a vision of health at work carried, among others, by the INRS, which favors preventive actions at a primary level: work organizations and the operating methods of the actors.
Djilali provides advice and training to directors, middle managers, workers in occupational health and staff representatives at the CSE. He created Ergon Forma Conseils in January 2020 and has been collaborating with 3Hconsulting since 2019
