Professionnal career

After a 15-year career in various industrial and R&D sites of the DANONE group, she professionalized as a coach in 2008 at International Mozaik of which she is certified and has been part of the educational committee since 2016.
She supports leaders and their teams during complex passages of mergers, reorganization, growth so that they succeed in their organizational and human transformation. In her practice as a coach, she draws inspiration from the approaches of systemic organizations and co-development and develops support through feelings, awareness during scenarios in complete safety on a sailboat or with horses.

It offers its clients, as part of their CSR policy, concerned with the return and retention in employment of their employees after a long absence, individual and collective coaching approaches such as equi-coaching and sailing.

In addition to her professional activity: She supports young people in loss of confidence, in search of SENSE, COHERENCE between their Life and Professional project who just need a catalyst to reveal their potential, bring out their creativity, their talent and co-build the society of tomorrow.

She founded, in conjunction with the UCPA in 2015, an association between Ciel & Mer voile santé which accompanies women on a sailboat, post-breast cancer to regain self-confidence, recharge their batteries and bounce back towards a new Cap de Vie full of En Lives.
