Professionnal career

25 years of professional experience in HR functions (industry and technical services) and in organizational consulting, HR and change support. ENSAE and DESS in economics.

After a career in consulting at Bossard and Cap Gemini, she held general and operational HR management positions, mostly in industry, working on issues of skills, absenteeism, industrial organization, restructuring, etc.

In 2015, she took over an independent consulting activity on projects of excellence for the HR function, diagnostics and analyzes of stakeholder strategies, engagement, operation, organization, etc. management in its evolutions of postures, practices, rituals… and actions of setting in dynamics of collectives (team, group of peers, etc…).
Since 2017, she has been collaborating with 3HConsulting for assignments involving an HR, managerial or change dimension.
