Graduated from a 3rd cycle of Political Sciences in Paris, she began her professional life as an operational manager in an entity of 800 people, she very quickly encountered change management and the management of complex relationships.
She continues her career by putting her skills and values successively at the service of SMG, Bossard Gemini Consulting, of the BPI / Bernard Bruhnes Consultant group.
She held managerial responsibilities for teams of consultants and led numerous projects within different business units and in all sectors of activity (Sales Efficiency & Customer services, Operations, Public Service, etc.).
She develops restructuring approaches soft through business and GPEC projects.
She supports many organizations on the basis of organizational diagnostics based on the foundations of the sociology of organizations.
Anna created 3HConsulting in 2008 and combines strategic thinking and operationality in her interventions. She supports teams and managers in a search for simplicity and creation of added value.
